The family team behind Warwick Development Ltd based in the city of Sheffield are thrilled to have won Aluminium Fabricator of the Year at the National Fenestration Awards 2024.

Warwick Development are market leading fabricators of UPVC and aluminium, manufacturing a huge range of products from Smart Architectural Aluminium, Eurocell, and Spectus profile from Epwin Window Systems. With over 23 years of experience within the industry, predominantly as a trade supplier, Warwick became a family-run business during the last 7 years and now specialise in supplying the highest quality products locally and nationally to the building trade, retail, and DIY sectors. Their extensive list includes windows and doors, bifold doors, composite doors, conservatories, roof lanterns, flush sash, and vertical sliding sash windows.
The last couple of years have been focused on investment. Having recently invested in a new Stuga ZX5 sawing and cutting machine, alongside a new Haffner welder and Urban corner cleaner. Enabling them to more than double their production capacity which has had a great impact on their already excellent quality products on offer.
As the business has evolved, so have
their team, with the recent addition of a new factory dedicated solely to manufacturing aluminium. They now manufacture a fantastic range of Smart aluminium products including Alitherm 300, 400, 600, 800, Heritage 47, Visofold and Visoglide doors, Vertical Sliders, Shopline, and Aluspace. The aluminium factory have just taken delivery of a brand new elumatec CNC machine to deliver better machining accuracy and increase the manufacturing capacity, aesthetic, and the quality of products produced.
Next year will bring exciting plans as Warwick continues to strive to improve and build their highly valued customer relationships, and quality range of products. Debby says “We have recently introduced the Modus Flush window system from Eurocell and are now manufacturing our own composite doors which will add even more value to the fantastic range of products we can offer. We feel we are in a good place to progress the business further with the help of our partners and customers going forward. We feel our offering is unique. We are small enough to genuinely care about our customers, but big enough to deliver our high quality products and services nationwide”.
