What are your lead times for quotes and installations?
We can provide trade quotes within 8 working hours. Retail quotes are provided within 48 working hours. Homeowner installation is provided from 4 weeks depending on product specifications.
What colours are available?
Aluminium heritage windows are available in any of over 200 RAL colours. This includes metallic, Smart Sensations textured and Alchemy anodised effect finishes.
What accreditation do you provide?
Aluminium heritage windows are document L compliant. They are also BS Kitemarked, and all installations are FENSA registered.
Do you provide a product guarantee?
Aluminium heritage windows are guaranteed for 25 years against peeling, warping, and bowing. Window hardware is guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase and sealed units are guaranteed for 10 years against faulty seals that cause internal condensation.

Aluminium heritage windows are designed to replicate traditional steel windows. They can be used in listed buildings and conservation area properties where the steel window aesthetic is required to achieve planning permission. They can also be installed in modern buildings as both a replacement window option and in new-build properties.
