What are your lead times for quotes and installations?
We can provide trade quotes within 8 working hours. Retail quotes are provided within 48 working hours. Homeowner installation is provided from 4 weeks depending on product specifications.
What colours are available?
Alitherm doors are available in any of over 200 RAL colours. This includes metallic, Smart Sensations textured and Alchemy anodised effect finishes.
What is the maximium door size available?
Alitherm doors are available with a maximum width of 900mm and a maximum height if 2100mm for single door sashes. Typical sightlines are 59mm.
What accreditation do you provide?
Alitherm heritage doors can be specified with PAS 24 security accreditation. They are also BS Kitemarked and all installations are FENSA registered.
Do you provide a product guarantee?
Aluminium doors are guaranteed for 25 years against peeling, warping, and bowing. Door hardware is guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase and sealed units are guaranteed for 10 years against faulty seals that cause internal condensation.
