What are your lead times for quotes and installations?
We can provide trade quotes within 8 working hours. Retail quotes are provided within 48 working hours. Homeowner installation is provided from 4 weeks depending on product specifications.
What colours are available?
Hallmark aluminium panels are available in any of over 200 RAL colours. Their unique 4 stage pre-treatment programme ensures a high-quality finish every time.
What is the maximum panel size available?
Hallmark panels are available with a maximum size of 1240mm x 2490mm. Panels can be cut to size to meet a range of bespoke specifications.
What accreditation do you provide?
Hallmark aluminium panels can be specified with PAS 24 security accreditation. They are also Secured by Design accredited, Document Q compliant, and all installations are FENSA registered.
Do you provide a product guarantee?
Aluminium panels are guaranteed for 25 years against peeling, warping, and bowing. Door hardware is guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase and sealed units are guaranteed for 10 years against faulty seals that cause internal condensation.
