What are your lead times for quotes and installations?
We can provide trade quotes within 8 working hours. Retail quotes are provided within 48 working hours. Homeowner installation is provided from 4 weeks depending on product specifications.
What colours are available?
Smart aluminium sliding patio doors are available in any of over 200 RAL colours. This includes textured finishes and marine grade finishes.
What door sizes are available?
Each sliding door panel is available with a maximum height if 2500mm. Door width is subject to height and weight limitations of the door design. Each door sash has a maximum weight of 200kg.
What accreditation do you provide?
Aluminium sliding patio doors can be specified with PAS 24 security accreditation. They are also BS Kitemarked and all installations are FENSA registered.
Do you provide a product guarantee?
Aluminium sliding patio doors are guaranteed for 25 years against peeling, warping, and bowing. Door hardware is guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase and sealed units are guaranteed for 10 years against faulty seals that cause internal condensation.
