What are your lead times for quotes and installations?
We can provide trade quotes within 8 working hours. Retail quotes are provided within 48 working hours. Homeowner installation is provided from 4 weeks depending on product specifications.
What colours are available?
Aliver fixed rooflights are available in any of over 200 RAL colours. All finishes are marine grade as standard and can be specified as a dual colour option.
What is the maximum size of an Aliver flat rooflight?
Square Aliver rooflights have a maximum size of 1500mm x 1500mm. Rectangular rooflights have a maximum size of 2000mm x 1000mm.
Are Aliver flat rooflights accredited?
Yes. Aliver flat rooflights are BS Kitemarked, and all installations are FENSA registered.
Do you provide a product guarantee?
Aliver rooflights are guaranteed for 25 years against peeling, warping, and bowing. Sealed units are guaranteed for 10 years against faulty seals that cause internal condensation. Glass can be replaced without replacing the aluminium unit.
